  This a very demanding course that requires the participant to give his or her total commitment to training. The course includes both a classroom and gym component and is to act as a prerequisite course for those interested in pursuing Kinesiology in post Secondary education. Strength 12 is a continuation course that builds upon the concepts and practical experience gained in Strength 11.
